Cherry Ale Fizz With Kamini Pather

Ingredients:
Juice of half an orange
½ an egg white from a large egg
Ice
Soda water
Method:
In a cocktail shaker, add the juice of half an orange with a few blocks of ice and the egg white. Shake until the sides of the cocktail shaker begin to take on some condensation.
In a beer glass, add in some ice, poor into Cherry Ale and using the back of a spoon, gently pour in the soda water.
Run a thin peel of orange rind around the end of the glass and serve
