Fresh hops are harvested and used immediately - no drying, no delays, capturing their flavour at its absolute peak. It’s a process that’s fast, hands-on, and a little bit unpredictable… but that’s exactly what makes it worth it.

Our Fresh Hop release is brewed to celebrate that moment. It’s bright, intensely aromatic, and packed with flavour.

Because it’s made in small batches and only once a year, it doesn’t stick around for long.
